Instances

Instances page shows all the instances user has been assigned to. Admin users can edit instances and assign users to instances

Adding an instance

  1. Click on the cloud-plus-icon.png icon

  2. Fill in instance details

    • Instance name - Name visible on instances view

    • Users - Default users to add to instance (as default 'user' roles)

  3. Click "Create" button

Accessing instance

  1. Choose instance to access

  2. Click on instance link

Instance actions

Starting/Stopping

  • Start - Start a stopped instance

  • Restart - Restart a running instance

  • Stop - Stop running instance

  • Delete instance - Delete a stopped instance with related data

Edit users

  1. Choose instance to edit

  2. Press cloud-instance-actions-button.png button

  3. Choose "Edit users"

    • Instance assigned users - All Instance users. Can be removed from here

    • Users - User to add to instance

    • Roles - Assigned Application roles for the user (These can be changed from within Application instance and do not correspond to Cloud platform roles)

  5. Press "Save" button

Edit name

  1. Choose instance to edit

  2. Press cloud-instance-actions-button.png button

  3. Choose "Edit name"

  4. Press ✓
