Billing page is for Admin/Billing users. Billing page has an overview for next payments and trial status.
Using Stripe dashboard
Navigate to Stripe dashboard by clicking "Open Stripe Dashboard"
Stripe dashboard provides an overview of current plan and all details 
Stripe dashboard allows you to edit your payment method and billing information (including VAT information)
Previous invoices can be found under "Invoice history"
